What is carbon clad?

Carbon clad is clad cookware, like All-Clad, that has a non-reactive stainless steel exterior, aluminum core and the magic is a carbon steel lined interior. This combination gives you excellent conductivity and distribution with way less weight than traditional iron pans. It’s the best of both worlds!
